Long before spiritual gatherings were part of the popular domain, it was still a very misunderstood concept. I had met a photographer who was publishing a spiritual magazine and was hosting a launch event that included a Cacao ceremony and sound bath, both of which at the time I had never heard of before. It opened up a world of healing I had never known, from crystal healing, to energy healing, shamanic journeying, and past life regression. Over the years, each experience activated and shed parts of me I wasn’t aware of, bringing me closer to the peace I felt from that first ceremonial event. One of the most profound moments of my journey happened in Ibiza, tucked away in the hills of the north.
